"We moved to our 55+ community in Monroe Twp , Central Jersey from Westchester NY to a new home 3.5 years ago and we have a gas fireplace that we love to use as we have an 18 ft ceiling in our living room and it does feel colder without this key heating appliance to supplement the central heat. However this fireplace has the problem of not starting every winter season when we thought it is time to switch it on by the remote. That would be the time that I would call Mitchell , and twice in the last two years (always during the first week of Nov.) Mitchell literally showed up within 15 minutes of my call and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Mitchell did not waste our time and he was wonderful in that he resolved the problem and explain in simple and clear terms what the problem was and how I could solve it myself if it happens again. I cannot find anyone better than Mitchell to maintain my fireplace. I highly recommend his service as he is fair and provides very fast and good service and he is a good educator on how fireplaces work and be maintained."
